We have a free help line for registered clients. We recognise that clients occasionally need brief help or advice.

For a number of years we have provided this over the telephone without charge so long as the work involved is for less than 20 minutes. This covers the majority of calls received.

More recently we have extended the provision of this service to e-mail communication.

Our existing clients find this aspect of our service to be very useful and ring or e-mail the HelpLine on a regular basis.

To us, it's just part of our commitment to providing a good all round service to our clients.
