Experienced Secretary/Administrator

We are looking for an experienced secretary/office administrator to fill a full time role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing substantial support to all members of the team.

Majors is a growing accountancy firm that strives to keep a high standard of service and therefore experience is essential for you to be able to contribute towards this.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Updating and reconciling our company database.

  • Preparing invoices.

  • Keeping our company secretary software up to date.

  • Answering phone calls in a professional and upbeat manner.

  • Other general office duties including typing, printing, post distribution, credit control and purchase ledger processing.

  • To Fulfil This Role You Will Need To:

  • Be competent at taking instructions and completing them in a timely manner.

  • Carry out all tasks with attention to detail.

  • Hold strong organisational skills.

  • Be experienced on Microsoft Office in particular Word.

  • Have a team mentality and positive attitude.

  • The Job Is 36.25 Hours Per Week

    Monday to Friday | 8.30 – 16.30
